Our Story

Alex Elanko is the CEO & Founder of LEXLR8 Business Solutions, a dynamic and industry-agnostic business process outsourcing and concierge service catering to small and medium-sized businesses, and CPA firms across Canada and the United States.

In his previous role, Alex played a pivotal role in transforming the Canadian operations of global consulting firm, that went from a modest team of 18 employees in two offices to a thriving operation with over 200 employees across four major Canadian cities. Under his leadership, the company experienced exponential growth, onboarding around 45 new clients each month and expanding the client base to over 2,500 by 2024, with an annual recurring revenue exceeding $12 million. Alex personally manages a portfolio of 140+ clients and has cultivated a robust ecosystem of partnerships with over 50 accounting firms in Canada and 15+ in the US.

It was through these extensive relationships and the recurring challenges identified by partners and clients that Alex was inspired to found LEXLR8 Business Solutions, addressing unmet needs and providing tailored solutions to help businesses thrive.
